Well, I'm a dance artist, cultural producer, and dance researcher. I have a dance platform – Rede Sola de Dança – and I produce a solo dance festival in Brazil – Rede in Dança. I love to travel. I've done it my whole life (literally), mainly in Brazil (because it's huge and amazing), especially because of the dance. I love getting to know new cultures, places, people, exchanging stories, experiences, tips, and I also love spending time having good conversations. And now I'm based in the Netherlands for a new chapter in my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My first time using Couchsurfing was in 2012. At that time, I was visiting Europe for the first time, and it was an unforgettable experience. I met so many great people! I made friends with them, and we've stayed in touch ever since. This is very important to me as a Brazilian because, I don't know if you're familiar with Brazilian culture, but we are very welcoming and highly value connections. It's something natural for us. So, I felt so at home with these experiences that I never fail to recommend Couchsurfing to other people. Couchsurfing is like an oasis in the middle of the desert, you know? I love it. I also love chatting and practicing my English. I speak Portuguese and Spanish too. One of my dreams is to be multilingual. So, these trips are a great opportunity for that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To live in Bogotá/Colombia. This place has taught me a lot about the person I am today. Europe experience. It was amazing! Africa is undescribable.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn speak English, really. I want to learn to say many other languages. Also I offer myself to teach Portuguese and the Spanish, languages that I dominate. For being professional dancer, I offer my knowledge in dance, cares with your body. I want to learn about cultures, behaviors, thoughts. And, would be very happy in sharing what I also know.

Dance (of course); the best places of my place - you can find touristic points by yourself, and I can show you some cultural, underground and really interesting corners of Belo Horizonte. Also I can cook for you. Brazilian food is super yummy!
