Hey! I am Pukhraj from Mumbai, India.. but currently living in Jyvaskyla Finland. I am here for the next two years, studying my Masters in Educational Leadership. I have never done any sort of Couch Surfing and so, I am excited and anxious about doing the same. I live in a student housing and have a room for myself so, I dont think I can accept guests for now, but If you are okay with sleeping on the extra single bed in my room, I will be happy to host you. Apart from being passionate about Education and Development sector efforts, I love dancing, photography, making new friends and absorbing myself in the culture of the places I visit. :)

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing to find people who like to travel and make new friends from all around the world. Frankly, I am not the most comfortable with this idea, but I want to push myself and get over my fears! :) Also, as mentioned above by living with locals, I want to be able to see what life really looks and feels like in a city and find all the hidden places to visit!
Music, Movies, and Books
Music:: Anything that can be danced on.. particularly enjoying Macklemore and Alt J. songs at this moment! And oh, my new found favourite Finnish artist:: Antti Tuisku Movies:: Rom Coms, Unrealistic Fiction and Inspirational Movies:: Bridget Jones, Easy A, When Harry met Sally, 13 going on 30, Transformers, Magic Mike, Selma, Bucket list.. basically I don't find the need to like only one kind of Genre in movies and music. Books: Harry Potter, Twilight (yes! ;\); Alchemist, The Kite Runner.
One Amazing Thing I've Done

Teach, Learn, Share
Teach how to cook Indian meals, Blabber about Education/Life should look like for our future kids, Get drunk and act silly, Make random experiences which we both will cherish for the rest of our lives.
