Born in Borneo, Malaysia, my heritage is deep rooted in South East Asia between Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. I am especially drawn to architecture, people, arts, and culture. I am most passionate about spaces, voids, and gaps, and everything that occupies them. I am known by my peers to be a keen observer, and an avid documentarian (a person who absorbs everything like a sponge and records everything in my sketches). I have worked in a theatre production, a film production house, a few architectural and urban planning practices, and indipendently as a self-taught artist taking commissions doing murals and paintings. My subjects are often places I have travelled to. I discovered from early on that travelling is a great way to experience. I often like to take my time to witness and experience many great things firsthand, and that is perhaps the main reason why I am here.
