Note: We haven't been in couchsurfing much for the last few years because we have been living on the side of the hill and don't have proper space to host people unfortunately. Hopefully it will change soon.

Rita is from Russia and has been living in USA since 2015. Mark is from Chicago, USA.
We are trying to be happy and inspire everybody to be happy as well. We have soft and calm energy and we are very easy-going.
We are a lot into being present in life, healing on the levels of mind, body and soul, living clean and healthy, eating organic, being outdoors as much as we can. We live at the foothills of Sierra Nevada in a beautiful area surrounded by forests, lakes and mountain rivers. We enjoy doing rock climbing near lake Tahoe, Smith Rock, Yosemite or Red Rocks.
We absolutely love traveling, especially adventure travel and trying to go somewhere as soon as we get a chance. If that involves going around by a scooter or a motobike - even better :) so much fun!
We are also in the process of learning everything on how to create a prosperous business. We are interested in investing in different areas, particularly in crypto and real estate.
Rita has spent the last 18 years submerged in self-discovery and spirituality, practicing meditation everyday, which led to a career switch to become a counselor. Particularly she is interested in healing chronic symptoms and has a lot to share regarding this area. She also enjoys painting with watercolor as a hobby.
Mark did commercial fishing in Alaska, was a farmer in Califonia and has a deep connection with the soil and plants. He also knows everything about building a house and owns a small excavation business now.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- Traveled around the world
- Did 5000km trip by scooter around south-eastern Asia and that was a challenge ;)
- Train hopped from Tucson to LA)
- Flew over the Golden Gate Bridge on a couchsurfer's private airplane)
- Experienced a 10-day Vipassana meditation 3 times and a couple more silent retreats
- Went skydiving from the 4km height and 60 sec of free fall
- Lived in a minivan for a year
- Hitchhiking (plains, trains, boats etc)
- Won the US Green Card lottery from the first try and moved to California
