Hello!

I'm Rachel and I am from Mumbai, India.

I am a full time musician and music educator and for the last couple of years I have been seafaring musician. I send a lot of time on a ship which has its ups and downs.

I have two sides to me. One side is this thrill seeker who loves adventure, I love scuba diving, white water rafting and paragliding but on the contrary I'm also lazy and love to spend time just existing and taking care of my cats.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I currently don't have a place to host people but I would still love to meet travellers and take them around.

In 2014 I did a Europe trip with my best friend and I had the most incredible experiences couchsurfing. Met some amazing people and it's an interesting way to experience a new place.

As i mentioned earlier i love music, I love Rock n roll, Rock, Jazz, country, Blues and alot more. Among the movies i have watched i love Lord of the Rings, Man from Earth, Weekend, The Shawshank Redemption..

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I've Done White Water Rafting, River crossing, canoeing, I have rappelled of a mountain! Scuba Diving in the Andamans, There were two breath taking events.
On our ascent we were surrounded by hundreds of Jelly fish. They were quite harmless and their sheer number was beautiful. Another instance was on our way to a dive site we spotted few dolphins and we grabbed our masks and fins and jumped into the water only to see a group of 40-50 dolphins all around us. They were magnificant.

I want to learn to surf, to scuba dive, to play the violin, the bass guitar, I want to learn spanish there is so much more....

I can teach you how to play the guitar and the bamboo flute! If there is anything im capable of doing right, i can teach it to you!!!
