Why I'm on Couchsurfing
"It's hard to wait around for something you know might never happen, but it's even harder to give up when it's everything you want." - Unknown In my opinion Couchsurfing is one of the ways how to make your wanderlust dreams come true. So far I have met great hosts who have always been eager to make sure I have a wonderful time in their city and that I feel like home at their place. I hope I will be able to be a host myself in the future.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music I usually like songs with a story behind the lyrics but it also depends on my mood. Movies & Books I actually prefer books but what I often do is that I watch a movie and if I like the plot I decide to read the book. The movie I could watch everyday is Drive Angry. The book that touched my heart is Atonement.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Left school to do what I enjoy. Becoming an aunt of our baby girl.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't think I can teach about anything yet. I of course had a bunch of my own problems growing up but I'm still just a 22 years old so I don't think I have enough knowledge to do that. What I want is to become a great figure for my little niece and be able to help her during growing up. I am kind of closed person and also pretty shy during the first meetings so I would love to learn to be a little more outgoing. The Couchsurfing is actually a great way how to do this.
My Interests
Traveling. I do not have a preference what I want to see. I appreciate tourist areas but at the same time I want to see places that just locals know about. I love places that just show its stories. The one place I still think about visiting is Chernobyl. I am an active person. Or I try to be at least. Most of the times when I explore foreign cities and landscapes I just walk and look around me. I love getting known foreign culture and what's the better way to understand than to watch and learn.
