People generally know me as a friendly, honest and simple person. I love spending time with friends and family. I have done MBA and Engineering. I used to work with a multi-national company in New Delhi but now starting up my own business. My parents live in Aligarh, which is a university town around 80 miles from New Delhi. It's a small and peaceful town where people have lot of time for socializing.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I love travelling and have been to several countries in Europe, South-east Asia and Middle-east. It's always wonderful to visit new places and get to know the culture, language and people. I am open to host people from different countries through couchsurfing website. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures. I have hosted people from different countries (such as US and Germany) at my home in Aligarh as well as Delhi. I didn't know them before but became lifelong friends quickly.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like listening to Richard Marx, Bryan Adams, John Lenon, Kenny G and Eagles. I am not much into movies as such. I read all types of books especially autobiographies and travelogues. VS Naipaul is among my favorite authors.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Addressed the world media at the Peace Palace at the Hague (Netherlands) with several Nobel laureates and dignitaries.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to teach others from my own experiences as a solo traveller, startup founder and also wish to learn a whole lot of things from everyone I meet.

Lots of interesting experiences and other things. And of course, I would be happy to give them some small gifts...;-)! It would be a pleasure for me to host them or their family when they visit my country, India.
