My name is Rahul and I have been living in Berlin (one of the most epic cities) for quite some years now. I moved here in 2019 for studies and fell in love with this city.

As a person I am clean, educated, easygoing, friendly and open-minded. I workout sometimes and I am currently learning Salsa. I enjoy going out in the sun, taking riverside walks and clubbing on Techno and Reggaeton (sometimes other genres too). Over the past years I have explored this city a lot and I can always share some tips on how make the most out of your trip

Good question!

I love travelling, meeting new people (and naturally becoming their friend 😊), exploring different cultures and couchsurfing is just the perfect platform for that.

Through this platform I am really excited to meet new hosts and travellers alike, listen to their adventures, learn about their perspective of life and of course share my stories in return :)

Music 🎧!

I grew up listening to Eminem a lot in school. But over time my taste has changed a lot and now I listen to Techno, House, Lo-Fi, pop, and Latin. Nowadays I don't have one particular song/genre that I call favourite but more like addiction to songs and listening them so much that at some point I don't wanna listen them at all :D

Movies 🎦!

I am not much into movies (or TV Series so to say). I usually prefer to be out whenever I have chance. But if I have to name some of the great movies I have seen: Pursuit of Happiness, Green Book, Old Boy (Korean), Memoirs of a Murderer (Korean again), Your Name (Japanese animated), Avatar and Life of Pi (last two mostly due to the visuals).

– I do some salsa and would be more than happy to teach you some basic steps. You are also more than welcome to join me for salsa parties 💃🕺.

– My German is not the best but I can also teach some basic german words/sentences. That is, if you don't already know German, in which case you can teach me :D

– I cook regularly and you are more than welcome to join me for meals (if I am cooking during those days). We can also cook together and maybe learn from each others cooking style 🍜

– I can definitely share some tips on exploring berlin and if I am free I can show you around the city. I know good spots for sightseeing, nature, food, nightlife and parties 🍾. Feel free to ask me about berlin anytime ---- I can help :)
