关于我
I'm Rajan, born in Bihar, living in Delhi, but truly belonging to the road. I travel not to escape life, but to feel it more deeply. I don’t mind walking for hours, waiting for rides, or sleeping under the sky — as long as I’m moving, learning, and connecting.
I love offbeat experiences: sharing meals in tribal villages, talking with monks, or catching a lift with a stranger who becomes a friend. I value emotions over destinations and depth over comfort.
If you’ve ever wondered what “slow travel with a big heart” looks like, that’s me ❤️.
I love sharing laughter, cooking together, learning a few words in local languages, and immersing in everyday life wherever I go. I'm a firm believer that "strangers are just friends you haven’t met yet."
Let’s exchange stories — over chai or campfire ✨

🎯 My Travel Style
🌿 Hitchhiker | Budget Traveler | Soul-Seeker
I often travel with no fixed plans. I believe some of the best experiences happen when you're not looking for them. I prefer walking, hitching rides, taking local buses and staying close to nature and culture.
I've done everything from trekking in remote valleys to meditating in temples, dancing in local weddings, and even helping farmers in rural India.

💭 My Life Philosophy
“Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – The whole world is one family.”
I carry this in my heart wherever I go. I don’t believe in borders, status, or labels. Every human has something to teach — and I’m always ready to learn.
> “Be kind. Stay curious. Go slow. Travel deeper.”
And of course,
“नर्मदेहर” — my way of greeting, connecting, with grace and love.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing
I use Couchsurfing not just to find a place to stay, but to immerse myself in your world — your language, your cooking, your customs, and your kindness. It’s a beautiful reminder that we’re all human, no matter how far we’re from home.
I’m not looking for free stays — I’m looking for real human connections.
A roof and a little warmth is a blessing, but it’s the shared moments that truly stay in the heart.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情
I walked over 4,000 km barefoot along the sacred Narmada River — without money, without shoes, with nothing but trust in the universe.
For months, I surrendered to the river’s rhythm — sleeping in ashrams, forests, and open skies. I ate only what was offered, walked through blistering heat and pouring rain, and let go of all control.
I didn’t carry a plan, just faith — that whoever I meet, whatever happens, will be part of the path.
Some days I walked 40 km without food… other days I was invited into a stranger’s home for prasad and love. I met saints, farmers, tribal healers, and ordinary people with extraordinary hearts.
It wasn’t just a journey — it was a pilgrimage into myself.
I didn’t just walk along the Narmada... I walked into surrender, silence, and stillness.
नर्मदेहर 🙏
It wasn’t just a journey across distance — it was a journey into faith, surrender, and human connection.
That trip changed the way I see the world. I didn’t just travel — I became part of something bigger than myself 🌍💫

教,学,和分享
👨🏫 Teach:
I may not have degrees to flash, but the road has been my best teacher — and I’d love to pass on what I’ve learned:
🧘♂️ Simple Yoga & Meditation: Especially for grounding, breathwork, and balance
🍲 Village-style Indian Cooking: From basic dal to stuffed parathas and soulful chai
📚 Hindi Language & Script: Useful phrases, Devanagari, or even deep poetic expressions
📷 Mobile Photography & Travel Vlogging Tips: For raw, authentic storytelling
🌍 How to Travel India on a Shoestring: Hitchhiking, offbeat gems, safety, and trust-building

👨🎓 Learn:
I love becoming a student — especially of the world and its people.
🌐 I want to learn your culture, your language, your stories — the little things that don’t show up in guidebooks
🍽️ I’m excited to learn new cuisines — how you cook, eat, and celebrate food
🎶 I’d love to explore your music — traditional, folk, or just what you vibe to
🛠️ And if you’re into art, farming, DIY, or any random skill — teach me anything!
Even the smallest moment can become a beautiful lesson when we’re open 🌿

🌟 Share:
What I love most is sharing time, space, and silence with strangers who feel like home.
We can:
🍳 Cook a meal together
🛋️ Chill and exchange stories
🎧 Swap music from our countries
📸 Go for a walk and click street portraits
🧘♂️ Sit in silence and breathe — that too is connection.
我可以与沙发主分享些什么
🛌 What I Can Share with Hosts
🫶 Respect, kindness, and genuine gratitude
🍛 A homemade Indian vegetarian meal (yes, I can cook!)
📚 Stories from Indian villages, mountain treks, and hitchhiking across the Himalayas
🎵 Bollywood music, soulful Sufi songs, and even a bit of spiritual philosophy
🧘♂️ Simple yoga or meditation techniques if you're into that
📸 I also love creating vlogs and can feature our time together if you're comfortable
I travel light, but my heart is full — and I’m always happy to share ❤️
