I am an enthusiast of travelling, in search of making the best of my time in this world by meeting people and cultures, enjoying nature, science, trekking, yoga, swimming, art, movies, and many other aspects of humanity...despite the many pending tasks in the to-do list of improvements.
I am very flexible and adaptable, needing very little to feel good.
I am in my early 50´s, active and fit, vegetarian and I do not drink alcohol or smoke (but I do not mind other people doing!). I have travelled a lot with my daughter who is now 19 yo and quite independent and with her own agenda (and boyfriend). Engaged in a long and very satisfactory relationship with my girlfriend, who does not travel, but not looking for a change!
I am a biochemist working in cancer research in Madrid; I worked and completed my education in Glasgow, Scotland and in the USA, Maryland and DC, for more than 5 years in total.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a long experience of homeexchanging and for me coachsurfing is a new, simpler way of continuing sharing both accommodation and experiences with people. Very open-minded about collaborative economy. Coachsurfing allows going to places where homeexchange is not possible!
