About Me

Greetings!

My name is Raymond and I'm 25 years old. I work as a civil engineer in Orange County, but on my free time I enjoy traveling by bike and exploring new parts of the U.S. and the world. As a tradition, every year since 2022, my good friend Josh and I (and sometimes a third friend) have done a week-long bike ride through some new part of the United States. So far we've ridden down the coast of California, through the Pacific Northwest and across Pennsylvania! This year, we will bike up the coast of Florida, from Key West to Orlando, between March 1st and 9th.
On our travels we have often used WarmShowers (which is a couchsurfing network specifically for bicyclists), but in places where there are no hosts available, we have used Couchsurfing.com. We're excited to make some new friends here along our journey! We are pretty low maintenance and respectful and friendly. I work as a civil engineer in Orange County, and my friend Josh is currently in law school.

If you have any recommendations on local sites to see between Key West and Miami, or advice for biking up the Florida Keys, we would be interested in hearing it!

Warm Regards,
Raymond Curran and Josh Finlayson
