About Me

Guatemalan living in a peaceful and historic part of the city. Along with Jake & Sapna my dogs, some turtles and a parrot, we offer a cozy sanctuary filled with plants and a nice terrace to breath in peace. I don’t drink, don’t mind if you do however I prefer not to deal with smoking habits.

Important update: due to my father’s illness and care, he’s now also living at my house, however his room is located on the terrace floor and in case you decide to stay here, he will be informed as to keep a distance and respectful maners during your stay. The room I offer to couchsurfers is located on the first floor with a bath right in front of it.

My primarily offer: I’d be more than happy to welcome you and host a one night stay on your first and/or last day in Guatemala :) (since I work, ideally I prefer to have one night guests to provide everything they might need).

Sorry to all male travelers out there: my home is available to female travelers only, due to safety & hygienic concerns, I choose this modality only.

One night stays in between your travel plans are also welcome! If you need to stay more, we may come to an arrangement. I can surely help with any recommendations

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love my country and would like to add a memorable experience to those who wish to visit Guate. I worked in the hotel industry for many years over here and now that I don’t, seems nice to be in touch with travelers from time to time
