Overview
About Me
Typical home-work-home guy but recently had the urge to explore and visit places and learn new cultures.
Important note!!
I have been getting quite a number of friend requests lately from people I don't know. Please, if you want to ask me something or if you want to stay at my place, you can message me or send a request to stay. I'm not adding anyone to my friends' list unless there've been an interaction between us. Just a gentle reminder that this is not Facebook. :-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
l am curious to learn about life in other countries and especially about the culture. It’s fascinating to learn new things from the people themselves and not just reading about it online. Being a traveller myself, I understand sometimes there are budget constraints, and if I can help extend that budget by providing free accommodation, I get the satisfaction of having helped somebody on their journey and maybe, just maybe, somebody will do the same for me - so I’m just gonna pay it forward. But ultimately, I just needed a reason to clean my apartment and accepting guests forces me to tidy my place up. Not that bad of a deal, right? ;-)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
For as long as I can follow the beat, I don't care about genres.
Movies:
Kill Bill Franchise, Riddick Franchise, The Matrix Franchise, Pan's Labyrinth, Pacific Rim, Crimson Tide, Man on Fire, Taken, Bourne Identity Franchise., Wanted.
There's actually so many to mention but science fiction + action will always get my attention.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Gone to Japan with a backpack and a round trip plane ticket without any pre-booked accommodation. Whichever place I found myself in when the sun sets, that’s where I spent the night. How’s that for an adventure? ;-)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories about my adventures as well as sharing my culture. I can also cook, so if you'd allow me, I'll cook for you one dish that's considered the national dish of the Philippines - adobo.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Viet Nam
Countries I’ve Lived In
