About Me

I'm a passionate hiker and cyclist who loves to spend time outdoors. Besides that I'm a student doing my master in information systems in Berlin and started to go climbing recently.

Think it's hard to describe myself . You better find out for yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I bring my past travels in mind I always remember the experiences I made with the locals I met on couchsurfing or by coincidence.
Explore a city, have good food or hiking is more fun with other people around you, isn't it? I got to know interesting people, learned a lot about cultures and made friends here. In Berlin I also take it' as a chance to host and show people around.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mainly listen to alternative and electronic music. Unfortunately I'm not able to play any instrument but if you have nerves, you could teach me.
Can highly recommend you to check out Mashrou' Leila, Rocky Erickson and The Dead South.

Hard to say which book is the best but Al Gore's "The Future" is a book about several forces which have a big impact on our future life. Reading Stephen Hawking's "A brief history of time" right now.

I really love Tarantino's movies and all kind of documentaries. "Dark" is a pretty good German series I can recommend you to watch on Netflix.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'll never forget the six weeks when I travelled with a friend in a van through Chilean Patagonia. We met a lot of friendly people and saw incredible beautiful nature.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach:
German language anyone? Climate change and sustainability are also topics I love to talk and discuss about.

Learn:
I'd love to improve my skills in photography. So if there is anyone out there who is a half professional let me know :) I' also lousy in singing, dancing (really really bad) or making music and always up to learn something new.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good vibes, some German language, different ways how to open a beer or doing a roll forward :)
