ABOUT ME

All of this is from our profile and I dont have the heart to change it right now.
Bryan sadly died in July 2025 and I have returned to Mauritius to recup for a bit.

We have been together since 1992. We enjoy beer and wine and love great food.

During lockdown we started Tiktok and became small time famous so started a YouTube channel and Facebook page. We are now almost full time travel, food, lifestyle vloggers.

Our interests are diverse: from quantum theory to cheese making and everything in between.

PHILOSOPHY

We do not have any particular religion but are very tolerant of those who do. As long as they don't try to force their beliefs on us. Live and let live and don't hurt anyone in the process!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Selling up everything and quitting stable jobs to go farming in a foreign country that doesn't speak English.
Then living in Mauritius for 7 years, building a personal brand and slow travelling around South East Asia for 4 years.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach cooking, art, wine and liqueur making, gardening, chicken farming, petrochemical management, digital networking, video editing, and creation, cheese making. Facebook for business, especially restaurants.

We'd like to learn almost anything! String theory, sculpture, carpentry, etc.
