The major driving force behind my entire life is curiosity. I crave for new experiences and information and therefore love to travel. Im a Nursery school teacher ... So yes I'm patient.
I really enjoy meeting new people and love a good and deep conversation lasting for hours.
Looking back at my travels I realize, that it's always the people I shared time with and not the places or activitys, that stay most positively in my mind... sooo I want to meet more of you guys.
I enjoy hiking, camping and the outdoors in general.
My friends describe me as an outgoing, friendly and fun person. I always try to lift the spirit of the group.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I'm traveling to a new place I want to learn about the locals, want to experience their everyday life, look behind the curtains, step away from the typicall touristic path. I dislike the anonymity in Hostels and the boring experiences in Hotels....
Couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to meet people actually living in the area (which don't try to make profit out of me).
I want to exchange ideas and experiences with you and want to view the world trough your eyes.

I drove through an elephant-herd and came in arms reach with them, while getting the car stuck in the mud and therefore spending the night in the savanna/car.
