According to copper chef reviews, it seems to be somewhat versatile as well as large enough in order to feed a family of 4 members. However, when copper is in fact a much better conductor compared to aluminum, they truly do not tell you how much copper it’s infused; due to the low cost of Copper Chef it’s probably a somewhat small cost that caters more for embellishment.
