I want to meet people from different cultures. And when I decide to travel, it would be nice to have a place to stay and someone who can help with tips about their town/city/state/country.

"CouchSurfing University, a school where everyone's a student and everyone's a teacher". This pretty much says it all. Everyone has always so much to teach and so much to learn. Each person grows in a different environment, family, culture. All of these aspects help to build a unique personality. The differences amaze me.
