What I Can Share With Hosts
Song, I know many many medicine and heart songs and love to sing. I also have a lot of experience with bodywork and therapeutic movement practices and happy to share health tips and an open compassionate heart.
My Interests
I have a 3 year old daughter, So I am almost always with her, when I am not working teaching Bodywork and Continuum movement or practicing Craniosacral Therapy. I Love being in Nature with my daughter. I love singing, dancing and playing outside and crafting.
