Just like most people on this site, I have the traveling bug. There's nothing better than meeting new and interesting people. Sharing stories, ideas, and cultures is what it's all about. When traveling, it would be ideal to meet locals who know where to go, which will definitely be reciprocated.

My favorite genre of music is Rap and R&B, but I highly enjoy jazz, country, pop, Latin, and some rock. My preference in movies are comedy or action films. I can enjoy other types of films, but those are the ones I mainly enjoy. I love to read historical books and biographies. I also enjoy some novels once in a while.

I left my hometown to embark on a year long adventure in Japan as an English teacher. Not only has it been my first experience overseas, but I have met many amazing people from many different backgrounds and parts of the world. I have done so many things that would have been unthinkable where I'm from. It has helped me understand the importance of leaving your comfort zone, and exploring what the world has to offer.
