Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Meeting new people is the best part of travelling. So what better way to get to know someone than to stay with them in their hometown and seeing how they live? I love the opportunity to see a place with a local; I really feel that I get a much better picture of how the place is, as opposed to touring by myself.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
1. Seeing the sunset over a sand dune in Peru. I thought huge sand dunes like that were only in Aladdin, but I was mistaken. They do exist. And at sunset, they are even cooler. No giant lion's head though.... 2. Arcade Fire concert. My favorite band. Got there four hours early so front row. Got a set list. The best.
My Interests
I super love exploring new places with someone else who is up for trying anything. It also awesome when trips are spontaneous because then the whole trip has the fly by the seat of your pants vibe which is awesome. If I am not on the move, I love watching and making movies with my friends. Lazy sundays, going to the movies at noon and sneaking throughout the theater to see four different movies are a staple. Also, music. I am a radio DJ back home and listening to new music or seeing random local bands when I travel is the best.
