An easy going guy always pursuing a good time. I grew up in a (locally considered) small town in the Brazilian countryside and now live in Sao Paulo - a city that changes my affections to it as much as it changes its weather. I joined couchsurfing a long time ago and have being using it, uncounstantly, since then. Always had great experiences, longlasting friendships and extended trips. I'm very found of casual beers and conversations, the outdoors and knowing new cites and its inhabitants.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

For me couchsurfing is a wonderfull tool that connects strangers and allow them to know each other, have a good time and share interest and, if makes the traveller to know the place its visiting better, also allow the host to have some impressions about somewhere else.
To really know a place it takes years. Sometimes forever. But to just have a meaningful glace, it requires you to know who experiences such place on a daily basis - otherwise you only know buldings. And couchsurfing helps you to do that.

I really enjoy authentic experiences of all sorts. Wouldn't change a neighborhood austere coffee for a starbucks.

Well let's make lists:

Music: rock, folk, samba, reaggae, 'brazilian popular music', dub, rap in a non hierarchical list. to be more specific: bob dylan, clash, the uppsetters, muerdo, la vieja puerca, once tiros, skank, donavon, pink floyd, raul seixas and so many more that changes on my spotify and vynils accompaining my mood.

Movies: trainspotting, el secreto de sus ojos, relatos selvages, rock'n'rolla and cidade de deus, the wind that shakes the barely. maily the ones more stories and less explosions and special effects. i'm more an enthusiast than a proper movies fan.

Books: the memory palace, 1984, futbol a sol y sombra, a russian journal, o cortiço, a dança dos deuses, etc. really encouraging tips for new books.
