Gay couple eager to offer a nice stay in Rio

We´re a married gay couple. We live in a cozy apartament near Lapa, Rio's nightlife core. We're both historians, so we could give our guest some information about Rio's and Brazilian's history enhancing his cultural experience in town.
I'm fluent in English and Spanish. I can speak French with a little bit of difficulties. My Husband is fluent in Spanish and can also speak some French. He's learning English, so it would be a nice opportunity for him having people around speaking so as he could improve his skills.

I'm a smoker and I'm totally ok with having someone smoking here ( As long as you don't burn any thing...hahahahaha)
We have got two cats, so the guest has to be ok with animals around.

We know homophobia is still an issue, making it sometimes difficult for LGBT people to find a place to stay. We are willing to offer LGBT an oppotunity to feel safe and envolved in Rio's LGBT community.
