Hi I'm Romain, here to meet people during my trips and escape from the official circuits. I was born in Paris, grew up in Corsica, and I mainly live in Venice now. I studied architecture, engineering, and fine arts but I'd say that I'm interested in cultural activities in general. I play some music (guitar, bass, drums...) and its always a pleasure to jam with my host on occasion! I mainly go on trips to learn more about those fields, visit museums, buildings, draw a lot, or just walk around for something unexpected.

To embrace entirely the city, I like to meet new people and get their point of view on the place they live, in order to understand it deeply, trying to be a traveller rather than a tourist. I'm interested in the culture of the countries I know only on the surface. To do so, I enjoy making new friends and share my experiences with them as they talk about theirs. I'm also open to any activity a host could share as I've always had good times doing so.
