ABOUT ME

I am living in Mexico City now.

FIRST OF ALL, I am a TRAVELER, NOT a Tourist.. :D
I like to meet people from different countries to learn things about their culture. I enjoy so much the feeling of crossing a new border, with new stories and people to meet.
About me, I am Latin, almost 95% he.. So, I have all our defects (I am not punctual, chaotic, passionate (good or bad)) and virtues (dancing, passionate again?. relaxed)...
I like a lot nature, but I enjoy traditional and historical places too.. I do not like modern places, like tourist resort (really boring for me). I Patagonia, I used to enjoy to trek in the mountains, go to the lake, for example for making a Argentine barbecue..

Nowadays I am travelling and I do not know when I will be back in the city. I have finished my PhD in Computational Neuroscience, and after being a serious scientist for long time, I decided that it is a time of a break.. :p

PHILOSOPHY

This is a difficult question.. The answer could be that I tried to live every minute as it is the last one.. Trying to do and enjoy what I most like in this precise moment.. Try to live with passion every day.. :D
Besides that I am an anti-consumerism and anti-capitalist.. :D ... Ahh! I do not like communism too (it is not the same communism than socialism)..

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been member of CS for 5 years.. During the first 4, I was living in Bariloche, hosting several of traveler from different countries in my house (approximately 250 persons). During these year I have organized meetings, trekking at the mountain and parties in Bariloche..
Apart from that, during my travels, I was hosted for more than 200 persons in more than 40 countries..
Some of them became really close friends and part of my life.
CS gave me: Amazing experiences!! Unforgettable memories!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I became part of CS at the end of 2008. I enjoy a lot to share moments and talks with people with other cultures and perspective. In my opinion local people can give you a really different point of view of the city, the different activities that you could do there and the local places with cheapest prices and best quality.

兴趣

I like to meet new people, learn and understand a little about new cultures.. I enjoy a lot talking about different aspects of life and I enjoy when people make me think or see the things in other way..
I think that this is one of the most important part about travelling and CS helps a lot to do it..
Besides that.. I am interesting in movies (I like a lot)..
In science, for sure! I am a kind of scientist.. Specially about physics, mathematics and biology.
I like a lot to trek in the mountain and to be in contact with the nature too..
Finally I enjoy a lot to talk about Politic.. I am socialist but I like to hear the opinion of the others.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

It is difficult to find a particular things between so many travels and amazing experiences..
I could remember some of them:
Trekking at the Patagonian Andes with friends during 4 days, watching the nature as it was 1000 years ago.
To cross all south america in one trip.. From Patagonia to Caracas, go and go back.. More than 25.000 km.. :D
To spend new year and Christmas (an other celebrations like Nowruz in Iran) with families from other countries and cultures.. Thank you CS for that amazing possibility..
To say goodbye Argentina and Bariloche for some years with the most amazing party and friends in the world.. :D
To be traveling for almost one year in more than 20 countries, without taking a single plane.. :D

教，学，和分享

I would like to learn from cultures that are different to mine.. To be in contact with people that have life completely opposite to mine.. Because of that I am planing to travel for two years around East Europe and Asia.. :D
I hope that this experience could be really useful for learning more about myself and what to do in my future..
Finally as I am Dr. in Physics I could try to teach some physics, specially about Statistical Physics and Computational Neuroscience (if it is not so boring for you.. :D)
