CURRENT MISSION

Nowadays i have a serious job as an IT teacher at the University of Applied Sciences at Utrecht and I’m very find of climbing.

ABOUT ME

I love to travel, meet new people, experience different cultures, hulahoop, dance with my poi, learn new languages and travel travel and travel!
Since I received my bachelor degree I decided that I don't want to have a real job, but instead travel the world. I realised that I don't need much and I get really happy from small things like feeling the sun kiss my skin :-). I'm finding ways to earn some money on the road so I'll be able to keep travelling.
I like to discover new ways to travel, like couchsurfing, touring on a motor (through Nicaragua!), touring by bicycle, couchsurfing, hitchhiking, touring with a van or tent etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first experience was in Pisa, Marco hosted me for a couple of days and I felt like an Italian girl. He had some really cool friends friends and after two weeks I decided to pay him another visit. :-)
Another special couchsurfing experience was in Alicante (Spain), thanks to my host I got the opportunity to be part of a dance performance for more than 200 people, it was called Baila de bastonets. That felt magical, that's the strength of couchsurfing :-).

Interests

I like to doodle weird faces, dancing with my (LED) hulahoop, (LED) poi, wandering around a city, swimming, cycling, playing sports, practicing my spanish and French ;-)!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did the Camino de Santiago by bike for my bachelor thesis. Via the Camino francés I rode to Santiago de Compostela and after that to Finisterre and I went back to the south of France (Angouleme) via Camino del Norte.
When I was travelling through Nicaragua with my bf, we bought two motorbikes and rode around for two months with a tent etc.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to dance with a hulahoop, how to dance with poi. I can draw you weird faces haha. Sharing my travelling experiences and my thoughts about travelling and how to travel.
I love to practice my french. :-)
