Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy many types of music; this varies from rock, country, classical, foreign music, pop, and much more. --Recently fell in love with LP! A few of my favorite movies are The Last of the Mohicans, The Wizard of Oz, Megamind, Despicable Me, and The Notebook. My favorite author is Stephen King; I also enjoy John Grisham. A couple of my favorite books are A Wrinkle in Time and 1984.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I would have to say traveling experiences, visiting new places, and seeing things with my own eyes. Climbing the great wall of China, swimming in the Adriatic sea, staring the Mona Lisa in the face, admiring every perfect inch of Michelangelo's David, etc.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Spanish and a little bit of ASL. I like to cook Mexican food, so there's always that. I enjoy learning new languages so if you are willing to teach me a few words I would truly enjoy that! Also I would like to learn about regional dishes or other local food and how food systems work (or don't work) in your area.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I can share a little about living with Lupus (I have it), my area of research (the effects of interpersonal trauma on romantic relationships), or we can share travel experiences with each other. I try to live an exciting life and love to learn from others who I think are living life to the fullest.
