About Me
I consider myself an easygoing person, I enjoy traveling as a fantastic way of meeting new people, learning about history and culture, I love to try new food, even when it looks or smells funny/weird... My mom once told me I should try things before deciding if I liked it so I try to live by that rule.
I love to have a nice, smart, enriching conversation cause everybody can bring something to our lives, everyday can learn something new and that is the magic of it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think is an amazing way of meeting new people and know new places, traveling is the easiest and smartest way to learn what life is about and I think Couchsurfing facilitates to make the experience richer, easier and more compelling.
I have a youtube channel where I talk about Mexico, tequila and watch movies, most of them aviation related, although I paused uploading 2 years ago cause my computer gave up on me, I keep searching for ideas and footage for a future video.

Interests
I used to read so much... sadly, grown-up life has pushed me into streaming binge watching lol audiobooks loose me, as a visual persona, I find it hard to follow when I don't see the text ':) so now I watch mostly sci-fi, fantasy and police/criminal shows while cooking, doing dishes, laundry, etc.
I love singing and would take some lessons if I had the time/money for it, but for the moment, karaoke will do! I loooove going out with my other singer friends and go to our fav spot where during weekdays we have the place for ourselves and can sing non stop for hours without sharing the mic with others OR when we have a craving for the spotlight and lots of fun, we go to a more popular spot and have the time of our lives.
I'm not a very sporty person but I do enjoy a light hiking, my physical condition need to be worked on lol and i would like to find someone with the patience to teach me how to ride a bike... I'm too old for not knowing lol

Music, Movies, and Books
Books, so many... The clan of the cave bear, The borodin series, The name of the wind saga (although unfinished by the author :(, apparently, never to be finished), The Earth's pilars...
Movies, I like a bit of everything but horror, my favorites are children movies and Ghibli studios movies.
Music, I enjoy it but I don't cathegorize... I almost never know what am I listening to, I just let it flow into me... Anything but reggeaton!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As I said before, I'm not a sporty person, all the contrary but the first time I did hiking it blown my mind! A group of friends and I went to El ceboruco (a volcano in Nayarit, Mexico), I wasn't prepared to feel such an exhilarating feeling and have my breath taken away by the view, the overpowering smell of anise flowers... the acomplishment of making it all the way up to the crater (it's an active volvano, no lava but steam and small earthquakes all the time) and even facing my fear of hights was a once in a life time experience, I'm looking forward to the next chance to hike!
