ACTUALLY, SINCE 2014 NOT MORE ACTIVE HERE BECAUSE THE WORK AND OTHER PERSONAL REASONS! _____________________________________________________________ HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I had an account a few years ago and I then I closed it for not giving use because my hometown is not big and the Comunity was not really activ. But then I moved to Germany and I decided to open an account again and take the initiative. I´m living almost 4 years in Germany. Was 3 months in Munich and since end Nov 2011 in Wurzburg, and Im really proud of have been part of a big CS Comunity during this time. In Munich I wasn´t really active in CS, I joined some events and I met other Couchs to explore the city and Surfers later during the Oktoberfest. In Wurzburg, University City, I´m really active in our CS Comunity. January 2012 I created our Spanisch-Deutsch Stammtisch in Wurzburg and is growing up all the weeks more. Its a really big language exchange. I also created and participated in some CS International Meeting in Wohnzimmer Wurzburg, some events related with the CS spirit and I made good friends here. Now and since few time ago, we met almost all the days, to make differents things, picnics, partys, relax, drink wine in the Alte Mainbrucke, visit new cities in Germany, and enjoy also with The Possible Band, a CS music band of 7 people, including me, that we created January 2013 in Wurzburg (since 2014 not activ). During this time, I was traveling around Europe doing mostly CouchSurfing and was an amazing experience! I like a sentence that say: Im not a turist, Im a traveller, and Im proud to say that Im also a CouchSurfer! For me, be a Surfer its not only a cheaper way to travel, its a big oportunity to know better a culture, the people and the place where you go, to met people who think in a better world, to believe in persons and good vibrations. And thats the most important thing when Im travelling alone, with this people, you dont feel alone. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE BACK TO TRAVELERS THE SAME THAT I RECEIVED DURING THIS TIME! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Pity that sometimes not all the people give a reference (I also would like to be in contact with lot of this people) but I hope thats enough.
