I'm a 28 year old living in Toronto, Canada. I work from home, so I'm often out and about traveling.

My favourite thing is meeting new people, and learning about how they live where they come from. We often have friends crashing on our couches, and international friends-of-friends who are referred to us to stay at our place for a few days, so I figured it'd be cool to *officially* set something up here to enable even more of it!

I live with two other people right now ( guy and a girl), both who are super nice. The guy (Andrew) is a longtime friend, and the girl (Keli) is just a subletter we met online. She's Keli is moving out in January, and Jordan (our other good friend) is moving back in.

Figured it'd be a great way to meet new people when I'm at home in Toronto, to make things more interesting on a regular basis (especially since I work from home).

I've always enjoyed meeting people in hostels and things like that, and staying on someone's couch in a new place is quite similar in many ways.

With the way the internet works these days, it's great to meet someone from another country in your home town, only to end up meeting them again where they come from!

My favourite hobby would probably have to be writing Facebook event descriptions, but I also enjoy photography, camping, travel, music, adventure, and stand-up comedy. And obviously way more things.

I'm also really into stand-up, with my comedians being Louis CK, Bill Burr, Greg Fitzsimmons, Iliza Shlesinger, and Hannibal Buress.

*BOOKS*

I have to admit I'm not a huge reader, but I just finished reading the Steve Jobs biography, and am currently (slowly) reading "Next" by Michael Crighton. Growing up I loved reading the Hatchet series (an outdoor survival story).
