Mostly into hard rock,heavy and thrash metal, it calms down my adhd brain,extreme fast tempo beat really makes me feel relaxed. But I go along with many other types of music from classical to folk songs, 80's pop rock. Books,mostly psychology related books right now. Movies, anything that gives me shivers or makes me smile.
