I'm a 36 year old Belgian guy living together with my lovely cat Angel in Antwerp. I work as a tax inspector for Belgian government. I'm also a union representative and I play badminton in a LGBT sportclub called Active Company. Since September 2015 I study mandarin Chinese. I lived two times 6 months in Taipei, Taiwan.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Originaly I made a profile here beginning 2016 because of a 3 week trip in Taiwan. I heard great things about the hospitality of Taiwanese people so I thought it would be a great chance to try out the Couch Surfing app :). I didn't manage to find a host that first visit to Taiwan but on my second visit I stayed with a great host :). If the opportunity presents itself I'd try it again. News: 7 till 23 November 2019 I'll be in Taiwan again.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Took a break from work and lived in Taipei twice for 6 months. First time 6 months I studied Mandarin Chinese with a scholarship, thank you Taiwan.
