Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m Saghar, an English literature student and language teacher from Sari, a small city in northern Iran.
I’ve been hiking and exploring nature since I was a kid, thanks to my dad who’s a mountaineer. That early love for the outdoors grew into a deep passion for travel — not luxury trips, but real, soulful journeys where I can learn, connect, and grow.
I believe in freedom — in every sense — and I dream of a world where people can live freely and kindly.
I’m also a pretty good cook and would love to share some delicious homemade Iranian food with you!
I’m here to meet new people, share stories, and learn from every place and person I encounter.

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to music, I listen to all kinds — as long as it’s good. Quality matters more than genre.
As for books, I have a deep love for literature that shakes the soul. my dear Albert Camus and Sadegh Hedayat. I’m also drawn to the sharp wit of Jane Austen and the haunting beauty of the Brontë sisters.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most exciting things I’ve done was hitchhiking at 18 — it was all about freedom and unexpected adventures.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer some delicious home-cooked meals, good conversations, lots of stories, and dreams to share.
