I work as Store Manager for Bluespace Self Storage in Milan and I have worked as Multiside Store
Manager/Supervisor at Krispy Kreme New Zealand. I have been in charge as Area Manager when the
current Area Manager has been on leaves. As Store Manager (Managed 3 Stores which 2 of those with
Drive Through) I have managed the staff hitting the target goals, successful training and developing them. I
have the ability to handle, inspire, and motivate underperforming employees to improve their skills
helping and communicating each other. In the past, I worked as director of theater companies for
national theater productions first and as executive producer after, for 12 years between Rome and
Milan. My duties include: general secretariat, organization and administrative management of the
theater season (calendar of activities, calls for proposals, cash desk, supervision of the ticket office and
show evenings, and Recruiter. Always dealing with the administrative, management and
promotional department. As for my training, after a degree in Literature and Philosophy at the
University of Rome Tor Vergata, my most relevant professional experiences led me to take care of
production and organization at various Theatrical and Multimedia production companies.
I also worked as a freelance on several projects for the municipality of Rome, which you can consult
directly on my resume. Punctuality in work and attention to detail have always distinguished my projects, I
am able to work in full autonomy and ready for group work. In recent years I have trained professionally
through various Masters such as: Sales, Marketing and Communication Manager, Front Office manager
and Digital social media marketing.
