I love everything. Like really. I don't always want to be around everything but I've found love in literally everything. Aside from the hippie talk, I'm a 37 year old female who loves life, Brazilian jiu jitsu (I'm a black belt, been doing it almost 20 years), mobility training and movement, Thai bodywork, shamanic journeys, and helping people. Oh and I love cooking. And eating. The few things left from my childhood don't-eat list are mayonnaise and raw onions. If you like them you're wrong. Haha!

I'm about to move to San Diego from North Carolina with my dog, Maggie. She's awesome. 50 lb beautiful pit/boxer mix, reddish brown with a white chest, loves people, but is reactive to other animals and dogs 🙁

Movies: Singin in the Rain, Disney anything (I will reenact the whole Lion King with you or die trying), not scary movies or horror movies please! (Most of the time)
Books: currently a lot of stuff about flow state. Working on Stealing Fire by Steven Kotler, Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday, and several bodyweight training books. I enjoy Ayn Rand, Steinbeck, and Jack London
