About Me

I try to live my life one day at a time. I graduated high school last spring and decided to take a year or two off of school to learn about myself and to figure out what I might want to study at university. I saved up some money and bought a plane ticket to Portugal and am still making my way around. I am an easy going guy enjoying the complete freedom of traveling around alone. Traveling around without a guitar I have realized that I do really enjoy playing music. Yes I love music and really do enjoy playing it as well.

My philosophy in life right now is that you can’t let fear get in the way of doing things. There are so many adventures out there for the taking, you just can't be afraid to take them. I am not an inherently social person but I find the more I push myself the better I become and it is great to meet so many amazing people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy listening to just about any kind of music but some of my favorite bands are Queens of the Stone Age, Streetlight Manifesto, Jack White and the White Stripes, Gogol Bordello, Jimi Hendrix, and some more chilled out music like The Tallest Man on Earth, Aimee Mann, Blake Mills, Norah Jones.

I don’t have any real favorite movies I kind of enjoy them all but here are a couple that have stuck in my mind, o brother were are though, hot fuzz, the imitation games, hacksaw ridge, exit thought the gift shop.

I am a slow reader and so having to read so much in high school kind of put me off of reading for the moment but I would love any suggestions of books that you have like that might get me back into reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I bought a one way ticket to Portugal with no real plans for what I would do when I get there.

Teach, Learn, Share

I personally don’t think so much about what I do I just kind of go with my gut and try not to worry about what the outcome will be.
