in short - classical trained musician , toured half the world and most of europe from Berlin (where I studied and lived as a free lancer for 5 years) then moved to Latvia for one year now living in South China ...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I provide a place to stay in the middle of the "factory of the world" - not the nicest city to stay for sure but nevertheless interesting if you know how to find things and places (I am just about to explore it)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

it started with drinking beer in the couch surfer meeting point in Riga (Latvia),now in less then 2 months met and hosted a lot of lovely people here in GZ

Interests

obviously music (NOT only classical),surviving and experiencing China,books(as many as possible),biking(unfortunately always a suicide attempt in this city),enjoying a night out with some drinks and discuss whatever possible art, history etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

movies:better old than newer,prefer obscure european(Tarkowsky)over hollywood,music: all the GOOD stuff from radical polyphonic dutch masters in 15th century until now,books:hmm from Aristoteles until Zenon I guess - had too leave many many of them in Berlin :(

travelled the world as a musician with all the ups and downs...

hmm u can have an oboe lesson if needed,can teach u quite a lot about zhong guo(China) and appr. 100 words of the language (to be extended)
