I am a health and wellness professional with 8 years experience. I also am a professional musician having played in Irish and German themed musical theatre for the past 4 years at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, VA USA. Music and Movement are my two big passions and I love connecting with people through them! I have taught yoga, guided meditation, beginning Acroyoga, strength and conditioning, Bootcamps, running groups. Being a personal trainer, I love helping people discover, refine, and accomplish goals to improve their daily lives.
