Hello. My name is Sarah. At the beginning I have to say that I love couchsurfing because I got to know wonderful guests. Up to now I only had positive experiences. Are you kindly, open minded, communicative? You are welcome here!

I come from Berlin. It was the first time I hosted guests here. I had some Couchsurfers. This time was great. Then I moved to Munich and wanted to continue host Couchsurfers. But then came Corona and the pandemic. Now, years later after my last guest, I really feel like hosting Couchsurfer again.

I can show you the city. But I am not a professional tourist guide. I can say: " This is this building, this is this building and this is this building..." But don´t ask me in which year the building was built. I have no idea :-)

I am not a partygoer. You have to discover yourself the club scene of the city. But a drink in a nice bar or restaurant...I will be there :-)

I only speak basic English . But don´t worry. You will understand me. Sometimes my English sounds very funny because I don´t always follow English grammar rules :-)

I wanted to see the world as teenager. I wanted to be a typical backpacker who travel around the world. As adult I realized that I am not this type of person who leaves hometown, friends, family and job. But my interests stayed for other countries and cultures.
I like to know new people from other cities and countries. I am interested in their culture, food and lifestyle. I am looking for people to enrich both of our experiences.
And I hope it will be a wonderful time for me and my guest.

On a journey:
I stood behind a waterfall in Iceland.

As couchsurfer-host:
I had a couple of couchsurfers. And I am surprised every time.
You let totally unknown people in your house and you don´t have bad feelings.
Because the people are so nice and open-minded.
