Overview
About Me
I’m very open to explore the cities, the beautiful nature and meet amazing people and by that learn about other cultures:)
Hey 😎 I’m Sarah and from Frankfurt, Germany
I’m currently taking a gap year before starting uni in Augsburg.
In the gap year I’ve traveled first in Europe (Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Italy, Switzerland and France)
After I did a two week camper trip through the highlands of Scotland.
I’ve backpacked in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Korea and currently I’m in my last country of this trip Japan!!
And then the real life starts again. But I’m ready for it:)
I’m vegetarian so sometimes it’s a bit hard to find local food that’s authentic. But I’m always trying and so far it’s working out for me🦾
I’m Okee with eating soups that’s are cooked with meat or in general stuff that’s with meat I will then just pick it out:)
I would appreciate if u could host me and be a part of my beautiful travel ;)))🗺️🧳
Love just wondering around places and find good spots.
I’m also very clean and easy going.
Moving to Augsburg so can’t host in Frankfurt at the moment
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think you only get to know a new country and Culture by meeting people from there.
Get local tips and you get more from that country than just a visit.
And I’m also interested in finding meaningful connections from all over the world.
And hoping a friendship will come out of my stay at your place or your stay at my place or through the hangouts:)))
When you request text the emoji that’s double.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like chill music a little bit alternativ but I also love jazz.
The German indie is a must for me.
I don’t watch movies that often but when I do I like movies where you have to think about the meaning behind the story.
Like Forrest Gump ;)
My comfort movie would be ratatouille just because I loved to watch it as a kid. That’s also how I fell in love with cooking.
I love to read especially in cafes. Currently I’m reading books that are more in the genre of the philosophy and psychology. I would love to read more but somehow I get sleepy sooo fast when I read.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went hiking with a friend in Bosnia and we ended up at the hut while the sun set down. At night we both had foodpoisoning. So no sleep for the night :/. But luckily two Bosnian hikers gave us a ride to the next city. We had a great time with them even though we were sick and at that moment I fell in love with the people there and the country.
Teach, Learn, Share
Every person you meet in your life has a purpose. You either find the purpose fast or it takes ages. But you will learn out of everyone.
Follow your instincts they are always right😎
What I Can Share with Hosts
If u want to learn my favourite game in the world I’m happy to teach u its very simple and u just need 5 dice 🎲 and of course i have them always with me:)
