I've always been interested in arts and started drawing and painting since my early childhood. And eversince, I've wanted to study architecture. And I did study it at university. Until my third year, where I figured out that I do not wish to spend my life doing architectural projects, waiting for a week or two of vacation to be able to travel. I wanted to spend my life having a job related to the field of tourism that I really liked. I thought that even during university, I used to wait for my semester breaks to go travel. I wouldn't want to wait for free time to do so. I want it to be what I do during my entire time. I wanted a life that I do not need a vacation from. I wanted to have different jobs in different countries. I'd maybe change job every couple of years. And then, when I want to settle down, if ever, I'd open my own travel agency. That's what I've really wanted and so I thought: Why work as an architect and gain money to spend on traveling, while I can be working and getting paid to travel? I wouldn't choose a career for my only one life, just because its important in the society and known to make money. I'm a freespirit. I do what I want to do, unconstrained by society's conventions. And so, I filled a petition form to change major, from Architecture to Hotel Management and Tourism - Travel and Tourism Management Emphasis. Eventhough I liked architecture, I couldn't be any happier once I changed my study orientation into a travel related major. As for arts, I'll always continue to draw, sketch, render and paint. I'd even design or get a job related to arts. Not a permanent one. Not architecture. I want to go travel and discover the planet I'm living in. I've got this life, and I wanna see what it looks like. Not live a mainstream life, just because it's easier and requires less courage, and is more logical to the back minded majority.
