I'm a calm and mostly introverted but still very open-minded and curious person. I took three gap years and travelled quite a bit, using workaway, couchsurfing and also some roadtrips and the camino de santiago.
After that I kinda settled down and am now an apprentice/ trainee in a high-end hotel - which is quite different to the nomad lifestyle I'm used to.
I'm not really a party person, more of a pub person and I enjoy a night in with some good wine and cheese.
I am very sarcastic and I'm so sorry.

I like to meet people and stay with locals. I think this is the best way to travel and really get to know the places and cultures. I also do workaway for longer stays and I can only recommend it.

I really enjoy listening to indie music like The 1975, Arctic Monkeys, The National, The Japanese House, Harry Styles, The Pretty Reckless, and a lot of lesser known bands but I also listen to a lot of other stuff - too much to list it.

I like series like Doctor Who, Sherlock (BBC), Skins, Elementary, Friends, Full House, ...
Also all kinds of old black&white films and the classics like Breakfast at Tiffany's.

I'm really interested in the beat generation so I like books by Jack Kerouac, Neal Cassady, ...

I'm getting better at cooking everyday and I've learned some traditional dishes from other countries. So if you'd like to learn how to make a Spanish Tortilla, French Quiche, or just how to make a very nice, alternative pizza ...
