I grew up on a farm outside of a very small town in Canada. I did my undergrad on a little island in the North Atlantic called Cape Breton. I moved to Toronto when I started grad school and from Toronto to Germany in August 2018. I have been struggling to learn German ever since. I am making much better progress with my Spanish. I work as a research director with a focus on environmental sustainability. My work is primarily online so I am often able to travel while I work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people while I am travelling. Especially people who are local and can show me parts of the city I may not have discovered on my own.
