If I have time i can maybe show you the city or we can go out for a party or whatever if you want to.

I have a nice kitchen with almost everything you need for cooking nice, delicous food. You can use everything but it would be nice to ask before about cooking plans so that there is place and time for you to cook or maybe we can cook nice food togehter with my roommate :)

I have a bathroom with a shower and a bath tube and also a washing mashine and a dryer. If you want to use it just tell me before. So good communication is the key ;)

Smoking is just allowed on the balcony, where you can enjoy a green view and relax in the sun. I am vaporizing cannabis inside, so you should not have a problem with that.
