I'm from Galicia, for those who do not know where it is on the map; the part of Spain north of Portugal.

I like my land and the people who live in it, but also meet people from other places, their reality, language, culture, history ...

Since 2017 I worked for a few months in different cities of Spain, France, Poland, Germany and Netherlands.

I discovered couchsurfing by chance even though I knew a similar page years ago; hospitality club, I think it's a great idea.

I believe that sharing is the most wonderful ability the Internet offers us.

Applications such as couchsurfing or trustroots can be ideal tools to develop these possibilities. Even if you can only offer a walk, a visit, or a place to sleep, eat or shower, it allows us to experience new ways of bringing the different people of the world closer together, to help each other, to know each other better and to love each other more.

At least that's how I feel after having met, even briefly, people like Gary , Laura, Nelson or Mia.

We are lucky. There are still too many people in too many places that have no place to sleep or who offers a sofa. Maybe one day we will find better ways or create better tools to share that fortune together.

By finishing a little less serious, I confess that hosting people helps me to have my house cleaner and more orderly than I would normally.
