I'm Setiawan Mangando, you can call me Nando. I'm Indonesian. I was born in Toraja, South Sulawesi Province, but I'm stay in Maro-Makassar, South Sulawesi now.

I work in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi Province as public servant in one of government office. I'm bachelor degree of marine science from Hasanuddin University in Makassar.
