Dreamer, Dancer, Traveler, Pediatrician, Yoga Lover,

Hello CS,
I am Sevgi, a Turkish citizen currently living in Michigan, USA. I have come here to pursue my dream of becoming a pediatric hematologist&oncologist who can work anywhere in the world!
To me, being a pediatrician means not only keeping kids healthy with medications but also making them happy with a smiling face, dancing, and playing. This dynamic process energizes me every morning, allowing me to enjoy both my work and life.
Diseases especially cancer can manifest differently based on past traumas, gender, age, climate, and race, which is why I aspire to continue my career in different countries, meeting diverse people not only in hospitals but also in everyday life. This will provide me with invaluable firsthand experience in understanding population-based health issues.
I am a strict fan of Couchsurfing which give me chance to travel the world since I was a student, meet new friends from diverse cultures, enhance my social skills, and cultivate my personality. I believe that extending kindness to strangers, regardless of language barriers, fosters goodness, happiness, and friendship worldwide.

There is only one rule of my house, to smile and be kind hearted. Also, if all goes well please pay it forward! (This is a movie of my philosophy)
