I'm from Ireland but I've recently moved to Berlin. I visited the city roughly a year ago and I had the impression that it would be a good place to live. So far it's been proving me right and hopefully that continues.
Before Berlin I was living in Florence, Italy - I enjoy living in new countries and trying to meet other travellers or locals and to learn new languages (although there's so much English spoken in Berlin we'll have to wait and see how much I can really learn...).

Besides from travelling, I'm obsessed with music, film, and reading. I have very specific tastes for all of these things and I always enjoy getting recommendations for any of them. I could probably talk about any of them for hours.

As I write this I'm still staying in a hostel in Berlin (I've only recently arrived) and so I unfortunately can't host. I enjoy couchsurfing as a platform for meeting people though so send me a message if you want to talk.

I joined up to meet people and find hosts when I started travelling in France. It's brought me both good and bad experiences, but so long as you're careful I think it's a great website for meeting people and for travelling.
