Hi! I’m Sharon Luscher, originally from Carcarañá, a city in Argentina’s Litoral region, but I grew up in Villa La Angostura, a small town in Patagonia. For the past 15 years, I’ve been living in Buenos Aires, a city I love for its vibrant cultural scene, which is perfect since I work in the performing arts.

My family is spread out across different parts of the world, and I absolutely love traveling! I’ve been mostly vegetarian for 10 years, though I make an exception for seafood like fish and shellfish.

I’m an actress, mainly working in the dynamic independent theater scene in Buenos Aires, but I’ve also been involved in films, short films, commercials, and events. Additionally, I practice astrology—I do readings, teach classes, and host events in restaurants, bars, and cultural centers.

Two years ago, I started studying for a degree in Philosophy at the National Pedagogical University, and I really enjoy the process of learning and studying.

It might be redundant to say that I love traveling, but it’s always worth mentioning! I’m a very sociable person, and I enjoy hosting people in my home. I love Argentine culture, but I’m deeply curious about others. I’m always looking to discover different customs, beliefs, foods, and languages.

Maybe that’s why I love exploring Google Maps, reading, and writing reviews. I studied English for many years, and I’ve also studied French, though I find it a bit more challenging. If I had more time, I’d definitely study more languages!

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I’d say I mostly listen to Argentine rock, which these days blends a lot with the indie genre—there are some really interesting bands out there. But I have lots of different playlists for different moods. I’ve got some great ones for parties with 90s and 2000s pop hits. When I’m working or reading, I usually play soft jazz in the background.

As for movies, I prefer dramas. I really enjoy true stories, especially biographies, as well as mystery and period films.

I love novels by authors like Mariana Enriquez, Juan Sklar, Camila Sosa Villada, Aurora Venturini, among others. I’m also a big fan of poetry! Some of my friends have published amazing poetry books, and I love having them close by.

I love experimenting in the kitchen with different vegetarian dishes: spreads made from a variety of vegetables and legumes (carrot, hummus, lentils, eggplant, beetroot, and more); veggie burgers made from grains and legumes; I consider myself an expert at making omelettes and pretty skilled at tortillas.

I love animals and have taken care of dogs, cats, turtles, rabbits, and fish. I currently have cats and have gone through all kinds of experiences with them. I’m often the go-to person for advice on how to care for or treat them.

I usually bring my Tarot cards and other oracle decks with me wherever I go, ready to share them with others.
