ABOUT ME

I am adventurous - I appreciate spontaneity and love experiencing all that life throws my way!!

I am done with 'normal' life and am on a journey to discover a new way of living & thriving in this amazing world. I have had a few stops & starts - quitting my job to walk across Spain & starting my business running retreats in Bali - have let fear get in the way and gone back to my old career only to start again... but one thing I have realised on the way is that dreams don't have an expiry date & each time you try you learn something new, you grow a little more, you reevaluate, your confidence grows & you never give up!! Cause dreams, they are pretty important things ;)

I love the simple things in life - I'm a country girl at heart - I have to be close to nature and most certainly water!! I am happiest when I'm outdoors, especially camping!!

I love people - learning about their lives and beliefs and what makes them tick. It makes my heart soar when I watch people embrace who they really are and to see them shine!

I've been on my own little journey the last few years - rediscovering who I really am and my passions!! Taking the deep dive to shed the layers... and just when you think you are done another one comes crashing down! It is an amazing journey of self discovery which I have recently realised, once you are on it, it actually never ends - I have also given up trying to push it as it all seems to happen in perfect timing when I am ready. The intension is there and I am just embracing the fact that each day I am a better version of myself then I was the day before.

I'm enjoying indulging myself at the moment - doing and learning what intrigues me and making the most of the opportunities that come my way. I learn soo much from the people that come into my life and try to spend as much time with those that inspire me!!

I am blessed and extremely grateful to live a pretty darn amazing life :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

... The Kimberley in Western Australia is one of the most magical places on earth - breathtaking ranges & gorges!!
... Uluru under a Full Moon with the thickest view of the Milky Way
... The Camino, my pilgrimage across Northern Spain was an amazing period of self discovery, trusting the signs the universe throws at me, realising that the more simple my life is the more I enjoy it and sharing everything you have with those around you!!

Happy to give Reiki Treatments, share Meditation Techniques or help you with your English... actually I use that term loosely as I am more likely to be able to help you refine your Aussie Slang then English ;)

I am currently studying Swedish & Aryuvedic Head Massage & Kinesiology so always keen to have someone to practice on or to share techniques.
